We have now fished up to 90%
of world's large fish and an ever increasing number of species are faced with extinction.
Swordfish and some species of shark are 'the tigers of the ocean' - beautiful
predators in extreme peril. However unlike tigers their plight is largely
unknown and despite their desperately low numbers they still find themselves
served up as steaks for the BBQ.
You can do your bit by choosing to buy more sustainably caught seafood such as
barramundi to lower the demand for threatened and endangered species. For a
