Baby Sharks Settle in

Our new Port Jackson sharks (Janet and Tito) provided by our partner Sydney Aquarium are settling nicely into their new home.

Port Jacksons are the most common shark found in Bondi and are completely harmless provided you don't tread on them! - they have a poisonous spine on their dorsal fin.

Visitor Information

The Underwater Bondi Experience is located in the Marine Discovery Centre at Bondi Pavilion overlooking the middle of Bondi Beach (directly behind the ‘Bondi Rescue’ Lifeguard Tower).

The Experience is open Wednesdays to Sundays 10am to 4.30pm (except December 25th, 26th , 31st and January 1st – because of huge NYE party at Bondi). Last entry is at 4:30pm.

The Experience is also available for group bookings, school excursions and other groups during the week by special arrangement. Please contact us to book.

Admission prices are:

• * $10 for adults
  * $5 for children (3-15yrs)
  * $7.50 for concessions
  * $17.50 for Family A (1 adult, 2 children)
  * $22.50 for Family B (2 adults, 1 child) $22.50
  Each subsequent child is $2.50, children under 3 are free

How to get here:

Catch the 333 Express bus from the City or Bondi Junction – go to www.131500.com.au to find the best route and timetables. Get off at Roscoe St Mall, outside the Between the Flags shop. Then cross Campbell Parade at the pedestrian lights and walk diagonally down to the Bondi Pavilion – we are next door to Lush Café (directly behind the ‘Bondi Rescue’ Lifeguard Tower).
